At QuinCreativ, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are digital in nature, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
However, we may occasionally offer special refund guarantees or risk-free trials on specific products or launches. Any such offer will be clearly stated on the individual product sales page at the time of purchase and will override the general no-refund policy for that product only.
Examples:
If a product includes a “satisfaction guarantee” or “money-back guarantee,” the terms of that guarantee will apply as stated on the product page.
If no special refund terms are listed on the sales page, then the standard no-refund policy applies.
How to Request a Refund (if eligible)
