My strategy to content creation is layering through what I call mixtape content.
Mixtapes are never perfect polished commercial releases. They’re nonlinear, raw and multi-layered. Mixtapes are still very much the artist, but more self-expressive and diverse.
This means curating your content so it highlights all aspects of your multidimensional creative life. From studio clips to random hikes and cafe chats.
Your final projects may be more polished, but the journey you take to get there (i.e. content) is raw and messy.
Mixtapes are the perfect lens for artists and multi-passionates.

Your creative core are your main pillars. It’s the stuff you want to be most known for.
This means using intentional keywords and phrases so people are likely to associate you with those topics first. Optimizing your site and leading your content with a bias towards your creative cores will help build your legacy with intention.

Your ecosystem is your infrastructure. This includes your social media account(s), website, newsletters and any other public assets.
Your ecosystem creates the digital architecture where your brand lives.
If you’re multi-passionate, this becomes extra tricky. So it’s important to be strategic here so you maintain clarity (especially if you have multiple accounts or sites, which can cause brand dilution if you’re not careful).
